Join us for an eight day, seven night retreat to Cambutal, Panama.
At Live Alive, we know that taking the time to restore, reconnect and have fun is an essential part of living a fulfilling life, and showing up BIG for others. Live Alive Adventures aren’t a means to escape your day to day life, they are part of living your biggest life possible! On this retreat, led by Nancy Perry, Laura Rust, and Amara Risa, you will practice yoga, go on adventures, relax on the beach and enjoy delicious food. You will leave feeling revitalized, empowered, and connected to an incredible community.
Cambutal, Panama is a secluded surf and diving destination, surrounded by ocean on one side, and jungle-covered mountains on the other. Sansara’s zen-like atmosphere features nine beach-front cabanas facing the Pacific Ocean. Amidst this stunning scenery, you will reconnect with your own most natural way of being through mindfulness, daily yoga practices, healthy eating, and lots and lots of play.
